Lava Falls

Seeing the electric blue waters of Hraunfossar (translates to Lava Falls) was well worth the detour on my eventual return to Reykjavik to conclude the journey across this awesome land. Its quite strange to see water flowing out through the ground - volcanic activity around/underneath glaciers causes the formation of these sort of underground streams
